New Zealand set a target of getting about 10 runs per over and throughout the match they maintained the run rate. At one stage they were 152 for 2 in about 15 overs. A little tight bowling after this helped Ireland keep New Zealand under 200.

Ireland were no match for New Zealand bowling and there were no notable partnerships. We do hope this in not all what Ireland cricket is about. They must come up with more fighting performances.
